Currently (over 300) members strong, the Harvard Club of Sarasota offers membership to anyone who has attended or been a member of the faculty of Harvard College, Radcliffe College, or any of the Harvard graduate schools. Club members include alumni who are actively working as well as retirees. Parents or grandparents of current or past undergraduates, surviving spouses of deceased alumni and honorary degree holders also are eligible to join.
The Club sponsors activities that provide opportunities to meet and socialize with members of the local Harvard community of all ages, to keep up with events in Cambridge and work on behalf of the University. Club speakers address issues of international, national and local importance, all in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. |
